About who needs care: Significant mobility issues dues to multiple back surgeries. Currently continueing to recover from Encompass rehab hospitalization. Receiving insurance covered home health care which includes weekly nurse visit, once weekly occupational therapy, twice/week physical therapy, and twice/week bathing. Mobiity assistance person should be capable of lifting a 120 pound woman. About the care needs: Strength to lift/support 120 pound woman for tranfers from bed to wheelchair, from wheelchair to car.. Friendly persoality preferred. Services needed include: transportation, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
