Hands-on Care Needed For My Father In Springfield

About who needs care: Dad has had open heart surgery and several strokes. He needs assistance with every ADL. Help with meals, toileting, and some light physical exercises and general companionship would be needed. He's a military veteran - Navy. He will be moving to an assisted living facility in Springfield, from the hospital this week. About the care needs: A patient demeanor and someone with a nursing and/or therapy background would be ideal. Someone capable of helping with bed to chair transfers is a must. Services needed include: feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
