About who needs care: I am his girlfriend and I want to fill out to be his caregiver because I truly am anyway he had a caregiver that comes twice a week and he's does great with Allen but there is really nothing left to do because I've been his caregiver for almost 12cyears Services needed include: transportation, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
