About who needs care: Elderly immobile woman with delayed speech and memory issues. They mostly like to sit and watch TV and have some conversation. About the care needs: We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Home Health Aid to provide care for an elderly woman who is immobile. The ideal candidate will assist with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, mobility assistance, meal preparation, and light housekeeping. Must have previous experience in home health care or similar role, ability to lift and transfer patients safely, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and patience, empathy and a caring attitude. Flexible schedule. Prefer someone who can work most weekdays starting between 7 a.m. and 8 a.m. until approximately 5 p.m. and/or weekends same times. Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, companionship, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
