Companion Care Needed For My Grandmother In Memphis

About who needs care: She has a duel diagnosis of dementia and Alzheimers in the late stages. She has no hobbies other than spending time with her neighbors, who she might spend most of the day and night with depending on the week, or staying in bed all day reading or watching tv. Her day typically starts when she wakes up, which can range from 6am-1pm, eat, then get back in bed and remain there the whole day. She may want to eat but most time refuses or will drink Ensure instead. Afterwords, she may go to bed, but most times she will stay up all night reading or finding old papers that result in some spirals, and either will stay up all night or go to bed at some point between 12-6 a.m. About the care needs: I am looking for someone who has a strong personality but can be caring because my grandmother is very verbally aggressive and likes to demean people who she think she has control over. She does not require any special skills because she is able to bathe, feed, and cloth herself. She has no hobbies but if you want to take her anywhere, she enjoys riding in the car and watching the road. Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, and companionship.
