Hands-on Care Needed For My Parents, Mostly My Mom, Just East Of Maryville

I'm looking for someone to take care of my mom while I work from home. She has a couple of broken bones in her back. She needs help with getting to the bedside commode, some help cleaning up her self at times, dry briefs and PJs as she has some incontinence. She needs someone to bring her drinks, encourage her to drink enough, eat enough, remind her to take her meds at bedtime, encourage her to walk a little. I need someone to heat up my parents' dinner. Bonus points for helping me cook something and doing a little kitchen clean up, a load of laundry and any other housework you don't mind helping with. I'll need someone to help her get to bed before you go home because I work late. They enjoy watching TV from 7-bedtime. Dad is pretty self sufficient except for his dinner. Dad is sharp. Mom has good days and bad.
