About who needs care: Very sweet and agreeable, physically tiny and lightweight woman . Since fracturing her pelvis, she has difficulty getting up and down by herself and needs some assistance dressing, bathing, and moving from bed to chair, table, etc . Shes been mostly reading and watching tv, but had always lived an incredibly active lifestyle until her fall . We are afraid to leave her alone as we are worried she will fall again . She is finished with her rehab stay and anxious to get home to her condo . About the care needs: A kind and loving woman that is very social with basic nursing skills . Services needed include: feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
