Licensed LPN Or RN- For Lady With Parkinson's/Dementia

Seeking full-time care Monday-Friday 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. (exact hours flexible) for my 86 yo Mother with Parkinson's disease and moderate Parkinson's Dementia. She lives with my 86-year-old father who is very spry physically and mentally for his age. We are looking for: - Licensed LPN or RN (Please do not apply if you are not an LPN or RN with current license.) - Experience managing and administering complicated meds and doctors' appointments is required, including follow through on doctor's orders & update family. Assist with ADLs. -Driver's license & good driving record (to drive our vehicle) - Prepare simple breakfast & lunch and assist with light housekeeping & organizing household duties. There is a housekeeper for heavy cleaning. We provide competitive pay via our payroll service, paid holidays & vacation, and 401K.
