Hands-on Care Needed For My Father In Knoxville

I need a passionate- dependable Caregiver for my dad who had a stroke and got diagnosed with vascular dementia on 2-5-24. Dad needs help with the following; Breakfast-lunch meal prep, (Dad can eat on his own.) Med, prompting, (I keep his meds in a pill planner) I do transfers with a gate belt with very little effort. We own all brand new electric- Hosp. Bed, Stand-assist, and Hoyer. (never had to use Hoyer) Dad is a down to earth southern gentlemen. He like's to cut up and make people laugh. Dad is a 50% disabled Veteran and gets 16 hrs. of VA paid Caregiver time per week through an agency. I want the caregiver that we hire to use those 16 hrs. to there benefit/schedule. I can call the agency to get those days and hours changed for our new private caregiver. Its hard to get everything in 850 characters. Please message me for further info.
