About who needs care: Dementia/Alzheimers Diagnosis, my sister. She is alone most of day. Needs reminder to take meds and to eat lunch. Maybe 1 to 2 hours, 3 days a week to see how this works. Light housekeeping may be needed/added 1x week. She loves her small dog and spends a lot of time looking at photo albums, sitting on patio. About the care needs: Personality needs to be low key, able to read people and adapt to their moods. Relates to elderly, patient, and can carry conversation by asking her questions.
