This is a part time position 20-30 hours per week. You will be working with an 81-year-old disabled veteran with Lewy Body Dementia, POTS and MTHFR mutation. Key Responsibilities: Assisting with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and incontinence management. Serving meals, assisting with eating, and monitoring hydration. Helping with walking, transferring, and using assistive devices. Participate in daily exercise/ activities and providing meaningful interactions to stimulate cognitive function. Observe behavior, identifying changes in condition, and reporting to family. *experience navigating around a family member with NPD a huge plus!
