Hands-on Care Needed For My Father In Eads

I need a hands-on care provider with my father in his 80s and has COPD. Some help needed with sponge bathing and changing Depends. Duties include providing companionship. Preferences for a caregiver who is a non-smoker and CPR / first-aid trained.
