About who needs care: Recent hip replacement-uses a walker. On oxygen; has a concentrator for home and bottles for travel. Has not driven in months. Has one kidney and has problems with legs/ankles swelling. Has high BP and has been hospitalized twice in the past 3 months for problems with it. Doesn't eat like she should. Has a myriad of medications she is supposed to take but doesnt always. About the care needs: Someone who is kind, loves the Lord, likes to laugh. She used to read a lot and do crafts, play chicken foot and do word puzzles. Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, companionship, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
