Hands-on Care Needed For My Mother In Chattanooga

I'm looking for hands-on care for my mother in her 80s. We would prefer someone who can handle light housekeeping. Please have experience assisting with feeding. Duties include providing companionship and social interaction. I would like someone familiar with a Hoya Lift, but am willing to train the right person.
