Hands-on Care Needed For Myself In Antioch

About who needs care: Hi, I am 26 years old. I had three major surgeries- Brachioplasty, upper body lift, and a chest surgery after losing 200lbs. I am dealing with skin necrosis on my back and infection currently. My spouse works two jobs and is unable to help me for a larger part of the day. I still have lack of sensation in my fingers and arms, as well lack of strength. My surgeon and spouse would like me to limit my mobility as much as possible so that I can heal well without complications. I do need help with: - Wound care (especially to take care of my skin necrosis) - Keeping the house generally tidy (I have a cleaner come by once a week) - Taking my medication - Ensuring I get 150g protein per day - Walking around (I need help supporting the weight of my arms by holding onto someone) - Using the restroom - Potentially driving to and from appointments I need help in the mornings as my spouse gets off of his second job around midnight and wakes up later than I do. The evenings around 5-8 p.m. are hard alone as well and when I need help again. About the care needs: Someone who is gentle, inclusive, understanding of overstimulation and how that can create dissociation, patient, and compassionate. I would love to work with someone who has had experience with serious wound care and surgical dressing changes. Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, companionship, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
