About who needs care: Fell on an outing with Assisted Living and was hospitalized for 1 week with a fractured hip and lower back. Currently is in ALF and will be discharged most likely in about 2 weeks. Needs help with laundry, dishes, organization, ambulation, hygiene and just needs a friend! She is a heavier women probably about 270 pounds. About the care needs: Needs to be able to lift heavy, has good social skills and wants to help make our grandma's life a little easier! Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, companionship, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
