About who needs care: Condition: stage 4 cancer, needs mobility assistance, into wheelchair or onto commode Hobbies: sewing, diamond art (she can do neither now) Ideal day: out of bed 8am, cup of coffee, toast or yogurt, back to bed 10:30am, CNA visit Mon-Fri @12-2 p.m. for daily bathing (Hospice), Pretty day- outside for about 1 -1 1/2 hours. Inclement weather- indoors, back to bed around 3-4 p.m. Son arrives around 4:30 p.m. If she asks for anything to eat or drink, please provide for her preference. About the care needs: Personality: Outgoing, but firm when comes to care. Skills: any Hobbies: quilter, seamstress, tailor Services needed include: feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
