Hands-on Care Needed For My Mother In Summerville

About who needs care: Seeking home health aide(s) to provide assistance to elderly end-stage cancer patient receiving in-home hospice services and visually impaired spouse. Tasks may include personal support, helping to move patient between rooms, light household organization and chores, errands/shopping, local transportation, and possibly assistance with medication, bathing and toileting. Experience and job references required. Medical field training/certification is preferred but not required. Currently looking for fill-in coverage on assorted weekdays and backup coverage for primary caregiver. About the care needs: Flexible, nurturing personalities would work best in this situation. Patient will need to meet and agree to caregiver prior to start date. Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
