About who needs care: Father has dementia and needs someone for round the clock care. My husband and I both work and are not able to be there 24/7. We can work some weeknights and weekends, so the schedule can be adjusted accordingly. About the care needs: Daddy likes to tinker out in his barn. He is hard of hearing but doesn't like people to talk loud and fast. He has trouble understanding if someone talks too fast. He loves breakfast and westerns.
