Hands-on Care Needed For My Mother In Piedmont

I'm looking for hands-on care for my mother in her 90s, and her husband, who is 100 yrs old. Important - experience with managing and administering medication is required. Assistance with bathing is one of our requirements. We're looking for some help preparing meals. Preferences for a caregiver who is a non-smoker, comfortable with pets and CPR / first-aid trained.
