You need to be able to move someone without assistance. He's doesn't have much strength to sit up or stand. About the care needs: We need someone who is younger and stronger. Someone who will engage with the client. He's non verbal, but he understands everything. We need someone who is reliable and has worked with people with special needs before. Services needed include: feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
