About who needs care: Wheelchair bound. Dementia symptoms that occur sporadically during the day and nighttime. Needs help with everyday activities and daily health and care needs. would like to have someone to be able to take him outside in the wheelchair to get some fresh air and relief from being housebound. Needs help bathing, dressing, grooming, cannot do it on his own. Was on hospice for 2+ years but they released him recently as he was on their rolls for too long. Services needed include: feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
