About who needs care: Being discharged from hospital tomorrow after fall in bathroom. Diagnosed with vertigo and post concussive syndrome, right hip contusion. Balance and mobility current concern. History of colon cancer with bowel and bladder control challenges. Frequent trips to bathroom and abdominal pain. Back surgery w residual footdrop. Looking for support to augment home health as she recovers. About the care needs: Ideally female and able to assist in transition and movement going to bathroom and moving around the house. My mother likes quilting, arts crafts, cooking, and gardening. Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, companionship, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
