About who needs care: Female with Congestive heart failure, mobility issues, and some dementia. Has a very relaxed dog. Loves to eat. Likes to watch football and daytime talk shows. About the care needs: Need a self starter yet able to follow instructions. You will be reminded to do things like get the mail. But Client gets impatient explaining things. Need to be able to sit still or be quiet even when client dozes off, and also carry on a conversation when she wants. Client expects companionship, not just task completion. Enjoy cooking on a gas stove. Need to help client with using a walker or wheelchair and with incontinence issues and personal care. May have to give dog medicine. Communicate any household needs and any ideas to primary caregiver to help her keep things in order as she manages the house for the client. Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, companionship, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
