Caretaker Needed For My Mother In Johns Island

We're looking for a caretaker for my mother in Johns Island. She suffered from a major stroke several years ago and has significantly diminished capacities. She has major difficulties speaking/communicating and needs help transferring and doing things around the house. Also looking for someone who is willing to do light/medium housework and errands. My dad is busy at work during the day and is hoping to find someone dependable and willing to be proactive. Pay to be commensurate with experience. We know this is a tough job, and my mother can be quite difficult, so the pay with reflect the challenges of the job.
