About who needs care: Oxygen use and can quickly fatigue with activity. Is ok on her own and keeping slow pace. Uses a walker with seat in home. Needing assistance with trips to and from appointments outside the home. Someone to drive and assist with moving in and out of doctor's office, maybe occasional stop off at the store. Mostly wheel or assist back and forth for appointments with doctors and specialist in the local area. About the care needs: Not requiring full time care but, need someone who can arrive assist in movement into and out of the home to appointments. The return back indoors and ensure all is well before leaving. Services needed include: transportation.
