Senior Care Provider Needed Full Time In Conway

Seeking a compassionate, RELIABLE care provider with excellent communication skills and the ability to establish rapport to assist with the care of our Mom. The ideal candidate will have experience in med administration, as well as providing a variety of other essential caregiving tasks. Key responsibilities will include medication reminders and assistance, light housekeeping such as tidying up, laundry and maintaining a clean living environment, Encouragement of physical activity and mobility assistance as needed to include walks and gentle exercises, meal prep, and most importantly, providing companionship and social interaction to combat loneliness and maintain mental health. Preference will be given to candidates who are proactive in encouraging independence while providing gentle support.
