About who needs care: my amazing mom!! She's a 54-year-old with multiple sclerosis, fully mobile and living independently but could use some help with keeping up with physical therapy, transportation, errands, and help around the house. She cannot drive but we do have a car that can be used locally if the caregiver can drive. My mom loves cooking and food and walks around the neighborhood. We are super flexible on times and days, but generally looking for someone 2-4 days a week for an hour or two each time. About the care needs: Someone enthusiastic with lots of energy and patience, ideally someone who is willing to supervise physical therapy homework, must have a car or the ability to drive. Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, and mobility assistance.
