Hands-on Care Needed For My Loved One In Westerly

I need a hands-on caregiver for my sweet friend, Judy. She is almost 90 and lives in an assisted living facility. She is an avid reader. She is pretty mobile, but a potential fall risk. She will need some assistance with dressing, hygiene, etc.
