Companion Care Needed For My Mother In Tiverton My active and intelligent Mom is 92 and has the wits of someone a fraction of her age. She a former RN from the UK and intent on living and taking care of herself. She as realized that she needs a hand from time to time, hence this post. I am her son and live close by and take care of her pressing needs. I'd like to find a part-time companion and light-care giver to pick up the slack when I am busy. Please be willing to do light housekeeping, occasional meal preparation and good humored companionship. some transportation (doctor's appoints, errands, etc.) maybe needed from time to time. Preferences for a non-smoker and CPR / first-aid trained. Mom is a voracious reader and gets through 3-5 hardcover books per week. She loves the fresh air, but is a little wobbly recently.
