Seeking Memory Care On The East Side!

My mother is mid to advanced stages of dementia. She needs assistance with meds management, showering, companionship, daily walks, etc. She will likely need to go into long term care by the end of the year, but we need to fill gaps while we organize the best course of action. She is a Swedish immigrant and likes to talk about PVD and the things she likes about her neighborhood, as well as her new grandson. My brother lives at home with her. He is usually home to facilitate health aides and CNA's so that mom doesn't send them home. I am her eldest child and responsible for her health care decisions. We would love to meet someone local who can come for short and frequent shifts. It would be really nice to make sure she is out for daily walks or if necessary, car rides. She lives in an area that is very nice to walk around.
