I need a hands-on care provider experience for myself in my 80s. Additional responsibilities include meal preparation. Preferences for a caregiver who is a non-smoker. I am looking for a COOK/CHEF to help plan, shop and cook meals for me. It is a challenging project because I am celiac, have serious GERD & a heart condition that means very little salt.
