Companion Care Needed For My Mother In Portsmouth

About who needs care: My parents live in a condo. They are in their mid-80s and generally well but have some mobility and pain issues making housekeeping, meal prep and running errands more difficult. We already have someone doing a weekly cleaning so it would not include deeper cleaning. We are flexible with days and times - maybe twice a week for a few hours to start? About the care needs: Looking for someone who is outgoing and would engage and provide some companionship for my mother but would also respect my father's privacy and need for less social interaction. My mother loves plants, painting and can use help with organizing/decluttering. Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, and companionship.
