Seeking Steady, Part-time Senior Care Provider

My mom is recovering from a recent stroke and we are currently caring for her in our home. She is able to walk using a walker, but needs help getting up from a sitting position. She would need assistance bathing, dressing and using the bathroom. we are looking for someone to assist from around 7 a.m. to 12 pm, M-F. Care needs: Looking for a kind person who doesn't like to sit still. For instance, if my mom is hanging out watching TV, we would like the caregiver to assist with light chores (laundry, tidying up, etc). We have 3 kids (10, 15, & 17) and 2 friendly dogs, so we would prefer the caregiver enjoy being in a lively family atmosphere. Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, feeding, and bathing / dressing.
