About who needs care: Currently in the hospital Tracheostomy's Limited mobility About the care needs: Someone who can assist him with feeding He is currentky at the Hospital de la Concepcion and needs assistance with feeding and overseeing his care, Due to the tracheostomy he cant talk at the moment therefore he needs assistance to communicate with the nurses and respiratory therapist to express his needs, diaper change check his vitals. Services needed include: feeding, and bathing / dressing.
