Seeking Part-time Senior Care Provider In West Chester

My Mom lives in a personal care facility. Since she doesn't go to the dining hall regularly, her facility is concerned that she may be at risk of choking while eating alone. Now they are saying she has to move to skilled nursing unless someone can come in and prepare her meals and stay with her while she eats. Personal Care does everything else to support her but they don't provide meal prep and won't stay with her to eat. I need someone to come in 2x daily (4 hours total) to prepare meals and sit with her while she eats. She recently started a minced and moist diet so I am working on researching options to stock her kitchen. Facility requires aid certification and insured. Thank you!
