About who needs care: Mom Is getting ready to be discharged from rehabilitation facility. She wants to go home but needs assisted living. About the care needs: Mom s cognition is still pretty good. She is in a wheelchair. But will use a walker at times. Shell be 88 in May. She loves quilting , socializing, cards games and Hallmark movies. Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, companionship, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
