Hands-on Care Needed For My Grandfather In Walnutport

About who needs care: Has Parkinson's disease and prostate cancer. Currently has a catheter, but we are not sure how long that will stay in. Shuffles when walks and is supposed to use a walker. Has incontinence problems. About the care needs: Someone that will make sure that he is using his walker to get around and if he has an accident to help him clean himself. He insists that he can bathe himself, but has been in rehab and they feel he needs help with it along with ambulation. Services needed include: feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
