Hands-on Care Needed For My Mother In State College

I'm looking for hands-on care for my mother in her 90s. She is a sweet, intellectually curious person. We are looking for someone who can handle light housekeeping, meal preparation, providing companionship and social interaction. Some additional help with medication administering and occasional help with grooming and bathing. Must be able to provide own transportation.
