Morning Caregiver For Senior With ALS

We are looking for help for my husband who has ALS and is bedridden and ventilator dependent. He is kind, resilient, and funny. He vows to stay happy and thankful as he fights ALS. An ideal morning with him would include a bed bath, toileting, and range of motion exercises. I am always present to help with his care. We currently need assistance 3x a week; days may vary. Other tasks include Hoyer transfers as needed. My husband loves meeting and talking to people (via communication board, eye tracking device, and head gestures). He enjoys music, especially old country, and rock. We value reliability, honesty, attentiveness, and compassion in our caregivers. We have a sweet little dog who loves cuddling, especially with her dad.
