About the job
We are looking for regular care for my mother, who is 73 years old and suffers from pulmonary fibrosis. She (and my dad) currently live in an assisted living community, but she needs more one on one care. She ideally needs help with bathing and dressing, mobility support (she has trouble walking and moving because of her lung disease, but it's important that she tries to walk and move on a regular basis), meal prep, errands, and some light help around the house (organizing, putting away groceries, etc). She may need help with transportation to doctor's appointments on occasion too. My mom is on oxygen. Schedule may vary, but ideally looking for someone 5 days a week for several hours a day.
