About who needs care: This is for an adult in their 30's. A one time outpatient procedure that requires sedation and as such I need someone to drive me to the appointment, wait for me and take me home from the appointment, possibly helping me inside and that's it. Vehicle required. I need to be there at 8 a.m. and it should take less than 2 hours, I have included buffer time in my request. About the care needs: Vehicle required. Timely, I cannot be late to this. Responsible, Private, Clean, Safe driver. Services needed include: transportation.
