Skills would include: turning and repositioning with pillows/wedges, supporting with therapy exercises, getting out of bed to the chair with hoyer lift, encouraging with meals, support with bathing and cleaning, offload heels. Services needed include: feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
