Seeking a warm, compassionate, nonjudgmental support person to provide daily visits (1 hour each in Grad Hospital) to assist a neurodivergent 25-year-old with executive functioning challenges. The primary role is to offer body doubling--being gently present and encouraging as he completes tasks like personal care and admin. The role involves active help as well--cooking, dishes, meal planning, and accompanying the client on grocery shopping trips. Needs may fluctuate, but a typical visit will entail cooking, listening to him talk through tasks while he works on other things, and doing dishes. Ideal candidates are compassionate, patient, and familiar with neurodivergence. Comfort around verbal processing, tics, stims, anxiety, and a resident cat is important. Please share your hourly rate and comfort level with this kind of support.
