Companion Care Needed For My Mother In Philadelphia

We need companion care to take care of my mother in Philadelphia. Preferences for a caregiver who is a non-smoker. This would be to stay with my mother as the caregiver, Eleanor, needs to pick up her brother at hospital and take him back to his apartment after a procedure. However, going forward, if this works out, Eleanor would like a more regular companion (once a week for a few hrs.) to stay with mother to relieve Eleanor to go outside for errands, etc.
