About who needs care: Parents are 85 and 81. Father is 85 and pretty independent but due to age he is slowing down and needs light assistance with normal house duties. Mother is 81 with mild dementia which is progressing. Both need assistance with meds in the morning with breakfast and in the evening. About the care needs: A good fit would be someone that is strong willed, well organized, has patience and coordinate well. Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, and light housekeeping.
