I am seeking in-home support from a caregiver who is proficient in the Korean language for my elderly who is in his 80s and lives alone in an apartment in downtown Philadelphia. Of note, my father is fluent in English but finds it easier to communicate in his native language. He primarily needs someone to provide general supervision over him and ensure his health and safety. My father is mobile (for short distances) but requires the support of a cane/walker. Needs may include: accompanying him to his physical therapy and medical appointments and beloved trips to grocery, simple meal prep, medication reminders, light housekeeping, and on occasion some support with daily living activities (ie, grooming, dressing). Preferences for a caregiver who is a non-smoker.
