Hands-on Care Needed For My Brother In Palmyra

I have a brother who can use some general help. He is not very mobile and is getting to be a lot for them to handle on a full time basis. He could use help with general grooming, leg wraps, and organizational things like tracking meds and food. He needs to be on a better regimen and that's difficult to enforce with family. I'm looking for help 2-3 days a week for 2-3 hours each time.
