Hands-on Care Needed For My Father In North Wales

Help needed for my father in his 80s - seeking full-time hands-on care. The ideal match will meet the requirements below. Assistance with bathing is one of our requirements. Personal care required, including feeding. Preferences for a caregiver who is a non-smoker. He is currently in a rehab facility and while it is their job to provide care, they are unresponsive and I need supplemental help for him. I need someone to assist him to and from the bathroom because when he presses the button, it sometimes takes them an hour to respond and then he has an accident. When he went into the facility two days ago, he could walk on his own. Now he can't. Nobody gets him up and moving. Again, the assistance is supplemental and you will NOT be expected to do the nurses/med assistant's jobs such as cleaning him up.
