SUDDEN need 11/27 approx 8 a.m. till after lunch. DAILY Help needed for my husband in his 60s - seeking part-time companion care . Possible needs : assisting w/ feeding, guiding wheelchair transfers, companionship. Preferences for a caregiver who is a non-smoker and comfortable with pets. My husband has a progressive neuromuscular disease that affects coordination and can make him anxious, which has recently made him hesitant and unsure of himself,. He is especially worried in the morning when he first gets up and needs to get oriented, which is why I am looking for an additional morning person just to be there if he needs anything. We have a regular caregiver who comes 11:30-1:30 to lunch and do exercises.
